Founded in 2011 out of a Southern California garage, 44 Pro began with one clear mission: to create the best custom baseball gear in the game while making it accessible to players at every level, from youth to high school to professionals. What started as a father-and-son project by Randy and Brent Habert quickly became an obsession with fit, feel, and performance.

From the beginning, they poured over product designs, studying every detail and pushing the boundaries of what custom and performance-driven gear could be. That obsession hasn’t stopped. Today, 44 Pro invests countless hours into the development of every piece of equipment we make driven by the individual needs, preferences, and performance of each player.

The grinder mentality that built 44 Pro still runs deep within our walls. Every member of our team shares a passion for the craft, the game, and most importantly the player. More than just gear, we create tools of confidence - products that feel personal, perform at the highest level, and stand up to the moments that matter most.
