Biography:
Bruce Stahl serves as Vice President of Global Sales & Digital at Thirty-5 Capital, where he leads wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales across the firm’s growing portfolio of sports and lifestyle brands. In this role, he drives revenue growth across channels, integrates emerging digital platforms with traditional retail, and develops cohesive go-to-market strategies that connect brands with athletes wherever they shop.
Bruce brings more than two decades of leadership experience from Nike, where he held senior roles spanning global marketplace development, digital commerce, strategic accounts, and consumer strategy. During his tenure, he helped scale Nike’s North American wholesale eCommerce business to more than $3 billion and led several of the company’s most influential marketplace and product initiatives. He spearheaded Nike’s early Amazon marketplace pilot, helping define a new model for digital distribution and marketplace management, and played a key role in shaping the company’s Consumer Direct Offense strategy. Bruce also reimagined Nike’s product launch process to better align storytelling, retail execution, and digital demand creation, while instituting MAP pricing strategies that strengthened marketplace discipline and brand positioning across channels.
In addition to his marketplace leadership, Bruce helped bring several iconic Nike product concepts to market, including the launch of the Nike ELITE sock franchise and the Swingman Baseball Collection: initiatives that blended consumer insight, athlete culture, and performance innovation to create meaningful commercial impact.
Known for translating consumer insights into scalable growth opportunities, Bruce has consistently built high-performing teams and driven results at the intersection of product, digital, and retail.
Earlier in his career, Bruce held leadership roles at Handyman Online, Gardenburger, and The Pillsbury Company, building a strong foundation in marketing, product development, and retail strategy.
Bruce earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds bachelor’s degrees in marketing and finance from Miami University, where he was also a varsity soccer player.
