Biography:

Jim Jett Sr. is the Owner of Creative Concepts Fabrication, Inc., where he leads a precision manufacturing business focused on machining excellence, operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality solutions for a range of industrial applications. In this role, Jim brings decades of hands-on leadership experience to guide the company’s growth, culture, and commitment to craftsmanship. 

Jim has built his career at the intersection of manufacturing, operations, and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Creative Concepts Fabrication, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Manufacturing at Suncast Corporation, where he oversaw large-scale manufacturing operations and drove process improvements across the organization. Earlier, Jim spent more than a decade as President of Chips Manufacturing, LLC, a precision machining company he owned and operated, specializing in close-tolerance production and earning ISO 9001:2015 certification. 

Jim’s experience also includes leadership roles at Star CNC Machine Tool Corp., where he served as Regional Sales Manager, and Prince Industries, where he was Vice President of Manufacturing. Across each role, he developed a reputation for building strong teams, improving operational performance, and delivering consistent results in complex manufacturing environments. 

A true craftsman at heart, Jim is known for his practical leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering commitment to quality. He takes pride in developing teams, solving problems on the shop floor, and ensuring that every product that leaves the facility reflects the standards he stands behind.
